really good breakfastneeded refurbishmentlively pub
the breakfast was really good there, i liked that.
the room needed some love. i think there should be some refurbishment soon, everything felt a bit tired. it just wasn't as peaceful as i hoped due to a lively pub nearby.

the hosts were both friendly, and i arrived a bit early to find my room already prepared, they also advised me where to park. the location was so convenient to the beach and shops. the breakfast was amazing, with a great selection for both me and my son.
i noticed a very slight draft near the window in the room.

This hotel has a fantastic location. It is a short walk to the south bay seafront. it is very close to many lovely cafes and restaurants. the train station is easily accessible within a 15-minute walk.

loud noisedated fixtures
The room faced a neighboring pub, which proved noisy. A late-night disturbance necessitated police involvement. It disrupted my sleep and it was a real disappointment to the promise of the location. The interior seemed somewhat timeworn and in need of updating. The bathroom fixtures looked old.

Excellent Stay Near the Beach

The hosts were friendly. The location is great for accessing shops and the beach. I found the room clean and a good size (it had everything I needed). The breakfast was gorgeous, with fresh ingredients and several choices.
My room was a bit cold and there was no hot water in the bathroom tap. I used the shower instead.
