missing teaspoonbroken door
I must say, my experience wasn't entirely flawless. The lack of room service was a bit of a letdown. Washing my own glasses felt strangely pedestrian. The shared teaspoon situation was nothing short of a culinary crisis, especially since there were two of us. the door to the WC was rather uncooperative, so one had to get comfortable with displaying one's business.

The manager provided a charger for our forgotten one. the room was very clean. it was also very quiet. we even got an ensuite.

I was a little disappointed that room service wasn't available. it would have been helpful. i also noticed we had to wash our own glasses, and there was only one teaspoon even though two people stayed in the room (we had two glasses though!). the bathroom door was broken. It wouldn't close properly, and it definitely wouldn't lock.
