excellent hotel stay!
prompt transfer attentive manager photo-ready room balinese massage
The staff helped greatly with transfer arrangements! the hotel building looked very nice. My room was photo-ready for my social media. i found the manager very observant and attentive to customer requirements. the balinese massage at the spa was amazing.
the food menu was a bit too limited to my taste.

small suite excessive noise
My suite was quite small. The noise was EXCESSIVE!!! Rooms close to the stairs suffered from people traffic. Gaps under the doors increased noise levels coming from outside.
