terrace access helpful staff golden sand
the pool access from the room's terrace was very convenient (i used it every day!). the staff was also very nice and helpful. the beach was easily accessible and had soft golden sand.
the mattress was a bit hard.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
awkward pool access underwhelming buffet
The hotel rooms were spacious enough.
The advertised pool access was misleading. It involved stepping over an awkward pillar to enter the water. The patio was not well kept, with debris accumulating quickly due to surrounding trees. I also found the breakfast buffet to be quite underwhelming, with mostly cold and overcooked food on offer.

broken bikes watery coffee
The gym was non-existent. Advertised but nowhere to be found. i wanted to cycle. The broken bikes sat unused near reception, a constant reminder of false advertising. also, the breakfast coffee tasted like dishwater.

amazing stay with pool access!
direct access sun loungers breakfast options
I had a room with direct pool access. i especially liked the sun loungers right outside my room. the breakfast was also amazing!!! it had so many options. when i return, i want to rent a moped. I saw the other guests exploring the island.
The beach bar and restaurant did not work together seamlessly. I had to order drinks at one spot and food at the other. It was a bit odd and inconvenient for me.

all rooms had either pool access or a pool view. i noticed a long, nice beach just outside the hotel. there were also multiple restaurants and minimarkets in the quieter area near the hotel.

this hotel has a great position. i could easily walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. the area felt calm and peaceful, a nice escape from busier spots. scooter rentals are also easily accessible.

most of the staff spoke good english. i saw employees always smiling. the staff were always ready to help guests. i felt they deserved the tips they received.

free kayak amazing sunsets cold food insufficient water
The room was very clean and i found the floors to be nice, apply:! the bed was also great. i liked the free kayak a lot. Apply:! it definitely. there were amazing sunsets visible from the steps leading from the lobby directly to the beach.
the breakfast buffet was mediocre! at best. the food was cold. i also felt the hotel did not supply enough water. i only had 2 small bottles and that felt insufficient.

direct access helpful staff convenient location
The location near the beach was convenient. My room had doors leading directly to a seating area near the pool. It was really useful. The reception staff was helpful with various questions.
There were not enough sunbeds available. I struggled to find one in the morning.

functional gym asian options english-speaking staff no assistance reception inattentive no transfer service
I appreciated the gym. It had three treadmills. It also featured two stationary bikes. The breakfast had a wide selection of Asian options. The staff spoke English well.
When I arrived, no one assisted me with my suitcases. The lady at reception did not approach me. The hotel has no transfer service for pier pick-up. They should share reliable contact information or inform guests of expected fees.
