charming stay!
diverse food friendly staff convenient location beautiful pool
I found the breakfast and dinner buffets really diverse. I especially liked the variety of delicious foods available. the staff was quite friendly and always attentive, a big plus for me. the hotel is conveniently located, a short walk to the harbor and close to the beaches too. Its location was great! the pool was beautiful.
The illuminated light switches in the room stayed on at night, and the air conditioning stopped working if i tried to darken the room. It was a slight inconvenience.

The restaurant features diverse selections for breakfast and dinner. It includes pizza and freshly grilled fish. breakfast service needs an additional coffee machine to prevent long lines during peak times. the restaurant had excellent food!

The staff seemed very warm. They gave helpful tips for local seafood restaurants and walking tours. the pool attendant and receptionists were consistently cute. the service was top notch!

The hotel sits near several beaches. It also features a pool. there is a lovely walking path right in front of the hotel. This was convenient. the location was perfect. Though the parking was expensive.

usb charger proper hairdryer pool towels
The room included USB charger points. It had a proper hairdryer too. Pool towels got provided. This was practical. Staff showed themselves pleasant and helpful.
There was no coffee machine in the room. It was important for me.

questionable stains rude staff
Ants were a real issue. i found them in the room and it was quite annoying. the towels also had some questionable stains. I had to ask for replacements and it was like pulling teeth. the staff acted like i was inconveniencing them. it wasn't a pleasant experience.

the staff was great. the pool bar served fresh cocktails and had a good choice of drinks.
some basic amenities were missing. there were no complimentary water bottles and no iron facilities available.

mixed feelings about the stay
unhelpful receptionist no answer
the location is great it is close to the beach
the receptionist was unhelpful i tried to order flowers but she did not know she promised to let me know later there was no answer also i asked her to check my ferry tickets and she promised to do this but again there was no answer
