The staff showed amazing friendliness and proved helpful always. The room service was very prompt. The breakfast buffet offered a large variety. I especially liked the man-made beach by the pool..

I found the staff very friendly. They kept the gardens, pool area, and reception beautifully. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of Asian foods and a full English breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!! I was happy to find the rooms serviced daily. The towel creations left on our bed were a special touch.
The noise in the rooms was quite loud because of a sizeable gap in the balcony doors.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with smiles. The reception staff helped confirm travel arrangements for tour guides. The service was super fast, efficient, and happy throughout the resort.

broken machinesweak coffee
the gym Was neglected. i found several machines broken, and the space felt cramped. the breakfast buffet also disappointed me. the fruit seemed underripe and the coffee tasted weak, almost watered down.
