high noise level disorganized spa
The staff was helpful enough with directions. At least they pointed me toward the beach.
The noise levels were pretty high. plus, i tried to use the spa, but no one was at the desk. i had to come back later. Seemed pretty disorganized.

Really good Service and Tranquil Atmosphere
attentive staff helpful service relaxing environment
I found the staff consistently attentive and helpful, especially Sukma at the service desk. My check-in was seamless and all requests were handled promptly. The public spaces, including the pools, were well kept and offered a relaxing environment. I must also mention that the breakfast offered a good variety of choices.
I noticed that the music near the pool was sometimes excessively loud, which detracted from the otherwise peaceful ambiance. This made relaxation more challenging than expected.

mixed feelings about this stay
limited equipment inadequate gym
the hotel gym was a letdown. it had just one treadmill and a single bike. there was also only one set of dumbbells, inadequate for any serious workout. i expected more from a hotel of this caliber, especially since i like to keep up with my fitness routine while traveling.
