The hotel WAS very clean.

Parking costs felt EXTREMELY excessive at $60 nightly. The bedding lacked warmth. It was not plush as one expects. I also found the mattress quite uncomfortable.

i was charmed by the hotel staff. their attentiveness really stood out, especially when we arrived without a reservation! jodi, the manager, made sure our food and drinks arrived promptly. having a rooftop bar that transforms for the holidays was also so much fun. the whole team handled a busy night like pros.

the room lacked standard amenities. i found it inconvenient that there was no coffee maker or microwave. also, the absence of a desk chair made working in the room less comfortable.
