The location is excellent. It is right across from the Pitti Palace. Lots of restaurants are nearby, a short walk. The room included a comfy bed and sufficient bathroom facilities. It had a small balcony with an authentic Italian feel.
The photos online are quite misleading. The furniture seemed ikea-style. I saw bold colors that I did not expect. The bedding lacked duvet covers.

I loved the location. It's right across from palazzo pitti and next to ponte vecchio. the room was clean and quite comfy. the receptionist was very helpful getting us taxis. i was also very happy about them holding our luggage after checkout (this was really convenient!).
the old-fashioned elevator was a tight squeeze with luggage.
