Satisfactory stay near Pitti Palace
comfy bed excellent location italian feel ikea-style furniture bedding quality misleading photo
The location is excellent. It is right across from the Pitti Palace. Lots of restaurants are nearby, a short walk. The room included a comfy bed and sufficient bathroom facilities. It had a small balcony with an authentic Italian feel.
The photos online are quite misleading. The furniture seemed ikea-style. I saw bold colors that I did not expect. The bedding lacked duvet covers.

amazing location, fantastic stay!
great location comfy room helpful receptionist convenient service
I loved the location. It's right across from palazzo pitti and next to ponte vecchio. the room was clean and quite comfy. the receptionist was very helpful getting us taxis. i was also very happy about them holding our luggage after checkout (this was really convenient!).
the old-fashioned elevator was a tight squeeze with luggage.

the hotel offers a small but functional elevator for accessing higher floors, helpful with luggage. although compact, it efficiently transports guests to their rooms.

being located right opposite palazzo pitti means endless dining options are available. it is so easy to grab breakfast or dinner with many restaurants just steps away from the entrance (i enjoyed the variety!).
