the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool area is a retreat from the heat.. it is a lovely place for a glass of something. breakfast is served in the garden and nicely done. we enjoyed the variety of options brought to the table.
during easter week, the location by the cathedral meant it was noisy late into the night and from early morning. the rooms are not dark due to the number of leds on devices.
