Really good Stay with Lovely Views!
superb pool area lovely gardens complimentary sherry great breakfast
The hotel boasts a superb pool area located on the roof (it's bigger than it appears!). I found the gardens quite lovely. I also received a complimentary bottle of Tio Pepe sherry in my room with a handwritten note following my sherry tasting. Breakfast had great waiter service and a nice choice of items.
I noticed the outside garden space was not obviously usable.

The breakfast service needs improvement! I found the limited options quite restrictive. A buffet would be much better. The communal areas felt lacking. There weren't many places to relax outside of the room. The roof pool area had only two sun loungers! That's not enough for a hotel of this size.

The breakfast was quite good (especially the fresh fruit).
I had several issues . First, the rooftop bar was closed. There were also very few sun loungers. Only two were available on the rooftop, so finding a spot to relax was difficult. These issues.

The rooftop pool offered amazing views in the evening. It created a peaceful retreat. The staff provided great service, attending to every need and question I had. The location near the cathedral made exploring the city easy.
The absence of readily available sunbeds by the garden was a slight inconvenience.

i found the room spacious with a nespresso machine. the beds and pillows felt comfortable. every staff member looked friendly and courteous. i noticed the hotel location near the cathedral and alcazar.

helpful staff lovely place
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool area is a retreat from the heat.. it is a lovely place for a glass of something. breakfast is served in the garden and nicely done. we enjoyed the variety of options brought to the table.
during easter week, the location by the cathedral meant it was noisy late into the night and from early morning. the rooms are not dark due to the number of leds on devices.
