lack of breakfastsmaller room
the lack of breakfast was a real problem. the kitchen was under refurbishment and this was not communicated to me beforehand. this. also, i found the room a bit smaller than i expected based on the description.

The room was bright and modern. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really appreciated the complimentary snacks (they were so good!) and a slightly later check out time. The owner was the perfect host. I received a warm welcome upon my arrival.
There was no lift for upper floors. My room was on the third floor (I had quite a climb!). The bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. I found the street parking somewhat limited.

the room was very clean with great attention to detail. it was a cute environment with some lovely personal touches. i would definitely book again if i am in the area (i especially liked the chocolates!).
there was no breakfast available. the kitchen was being refurbished. this detail wasn't stated before my arrival. i would not stay at any guest house that did not provide breakfast.
