the u-bahn station access is practically at the hotel doorstep. it is very convenient.
The room i stayed in had a very unpleasant odor. it smelled strongly of wet cat, mold, and urine. I found this quite off-putting.

i stayed for a few nights and found the location very convenient, especially with the metro station right outside. the room was a good size, and i liked having a small balcony. the staff was helpful in general! the 24-hour bar was a nice touch.
the bathroom was a bit small, and i had to close the door to get under the shower.

i found the location super convenient. it was right next to the poccistrasse train station. staff were very friendly and the place was clean. The ROOM was big enough to accommodate me.
some lights in the room did not work, I noticed. they woke me up at 11 am to leave the hotel though i wanted a late departure. i informed them about my preference, and this was annoying.
