I extended my stay because the rooms were amazing! i adored the attention to detail. the staff provided excellent service. They were very friendly and helpful. the building had a great atmosphere. I loved the blend of classic and modern decor.
the room i booked was marketed as having a separate bedroom though it didn't.

the towels in the room were quite worn i think they need replacement soon. the heating system also needs upgrading especially in the spacious rooms with high ceilings it wasn't sufficient. when i checked out at 7:15 am no staff were at the reception desk he arrived five minutes later as i was leaving a note

the staff welcomed us warmly and helped with our check-in process. they also stored our bikes safely. the swan suite was beautiful, with ample space and comfortable furniture. the location was great, close to the oktoberfest site, but quiet in august.
The breakfast was quite basic. I expected a more natural orange juice. the boiled eggs were very hard.
