fantastic experience
great location relaxing atmosphere varied breakfast
i found the hotel's location to be excellent with the vibrant food hall just a short walk away. the hotel itself was very clean and created a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast offered a great selection , and i especially enjoyed the variety of choices available each morning.
the taxi fares in the area seemed quite high , so using the metro was a much better option.

the staff were always ready to help and provided quick responses to any questions i had. their friendliness really added to the positive atmosphere. i appreciated their attentiveness to every little detail

breakfast included both classic dishes and unique selections, satisfying all preferences. i noticed they used fresh , high-quality ingredients and refilled the buffet frequently. the dining area was always kept clean and well-organized during service hours

the room had a coffee and tea maker , which was really useful for early mornings. the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch , with regular restocking and a variety of beverages. ac and lighting were simple to control , contributing to my overall comfort

the location is central near the viktualienmarkt this provided easy access to local shops i found my room quite clean the bed provided ample comfort the staff addressed my needs promptly i stayed in a superior double room.
the gym equipment seemed somewhat dated

convenient location helpful staff small room ineffective air conditioning
the location is very convenient near the market. the staff was helpful when i needed directions to nearby attractions.
the room i had was quite small i barely had enough space for my luggage. the air conditioning was not very effective and the room felt stuffy.
