charming stay in a good location
perfect locationreally good assistancecomfortable rooms
the hotel is in a fantastic location. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the reception staff provided really good assistance and addressed all my needs promptly. i found the rooms to be clean and quite comfortable.
The bathroom was a bit dark.

The room was smaller than expected. I booked a superior double room (i thought) but it felt cramped. The bar also lacked a real atmosphere. The staff were polite enough, but the overall experience left something to be desired (it was not bad, though).

I found the staff quite tremendous. Delphine made A LOT of effort for our friend's birthday. The facilities were amazing. the hotel looked fine like the photos. The location was also perfect. Everything was close.
I found the bathroom dark and the rooms small. It really affected lighting.

The location is superb near many shops. The staff members were always available. The bathroom had very nice products. I found the design beautiful.
The room was smaller than I expected. There was no mini fridge in the room. I did not find an iron or steamer.
