The room was a beautiful king room. It was in great condition and provided a comfortable setting. I appreciated the shower water pressure. It was excellent. Toiletries were available, as were a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board.
The gym could use some improvements. It was smaller than expected and lacked some equipment.

i enjoyed the hotel location near jackson square. friendly staff was there, and the rooms were modern. i found the history inside the hotel amazing too.
the hotel offer amenities is smaller considering the hotel size. i wish there was more information before my stay.

the hotel was well kept. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i especially enjoyed the lobby water station, a very thoughtful touch after exploring.
i noticed there were no microwaves available for guest use.
