the receptionist was helpful. she really had a wonderful sense of humor. the balcony had a retractable awning! it was close to restaurants. the hotel was very clean. it was modern and appointed very well! the decor was amazing!
the street noise was a bit much at night. i could hear it into the early morning hours, even with the windows closed.

the building was really nice. i found the breakfast at the ground floor restaurant excellent.
the location suffered because of the outside traffic, which resulted in extreme loudness. noise was very strong also during the night. i did not expect this level of disturbance.
