Great amenities and friendly staff
helpful staff easy beach access excellent coffee convenient parking
The reception staff is helpful and the beach is easily accessible. breakfast included various options but offered the same choices each day. i found the coffee excellent. Michelle was attentive. dinner buffet was also good with included beverages. the hotel has parking. I found a spot each time plus there is street parking.
the hotel didn't offer much privacy on the individual terraces, as they weren't properly separated.

the service was very efficient, with staff promptly addressing requests. they were always available at the reception desk and in the dining areas. the quick and effective service enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
rocky beach low quality food
The service included sun beds in the price, acceptable.
The hotel beach was unusable. It was rocky and dirty. Breakfast included very cheap products, of low quality and there was no gluten free section available. The normal bread required one to cut it oneself, an unhygienic practice for all guests.

unpleasant server buffet variety
the location offered plenty of parking space it was a definite plus.
the buffet lacked variety and fresh fruits i found the servers to be less than pleasant which affected the dining experience plates disappeared quickly making me feel rushed

barista service fresh coffee juice variety uncomfortable bed bathroom door missing furniture
the breakfast included many options for food (they even had a barista!). fresh coffee from the coffee machine was available. i also liked the juice.
the bed was not comfortable. the bathroom door did not close properly. i also found the lack of furniture in the room to be an issue.

low food quality watered-down drinks
the large swimming pool MET expectations. It was a good size and Looked well kept.
the all-inclusive offering PROVED disappointing. the food quality at the buffet was low. Variety was limited. the Drinks at the bar seemed watered down. it was a challenge to find appealing options.

Wonderful Garden and Excellent Service
kind staff professional barista clean room social programs
The staff was very kind. Francesca, the receptionist, was especially helpful. I appreciate the morning coffee. It was prepared by a professional barista upon request. The rooms are always clean. The housekeeping service is very good. The evening social programs were great.
The all-inclusive deal has a few limitations. Some drinks and snacks require extra payment.
