the buffet lacked variety and fresh fruits i found the servers to be less than pleasant which affected the dining experience plates disappeared quickly making me feel rushed

the large swimming pool MET expectations. It was a good size and Was well kept.

the all-inclusive offering PROVED disappointing. the food quality at the buffet was low. Variety was limited. the Drinks at the bar seemed watered down. it was a challenge to find appealing options.

The staff was very kind. Francesca, the receptionist, was especially helpful. I appreciate the morning coffee. It was prepared by a professional barista upon request. The rooms are always clean. The housekeeping service is very good. The evening social programs were great.

The all-inclusive deal has a few limitations. Some drinks and snacks require extra payment.
