The room was a great size and very clean. I especially loved the couch area and balcony space. I was thrilled with the included espresso machine in the room. The staff helped arrange an awesome island tour.

The hotel is in the center of everything. The ferry terminal across the road provides easy access to island trips. The central market is also within walking distance for local crafts.

The hotel restaurant on the seventh floor makes dining easy. The rooftop bar provides great drinks and music. That's quite a view. The coffee shop next door offers good coffee.

The staff was pleasant. They were very helpful at all times and answered every question. The concierge helped with luggage storage and provided shower facilities after checkout.

The rooms WERE spacious. I also found the materials nicely chosen and the rooms were well equipped. All clean, AND the staff were professional. The staff REALLY went out of their way to accommodate everyone. I saw them help many people at reception. The rooftop bar was great. the location has easy access to the city center.
Our room was on the sixth floor. We could hear noise from the restaurant above us until about 10 pm, like tables scrapping the floor.

The hotel is directly across the street from the ferry terminal. The location is also within walking distance of key attractions like the municipal market and the Robert Wan Pearl Museum. IT'S really awesome.

Breakfast includes great choices, AND the coffee is very good! I noticed that a coffee machine is available . The hotel also has a rooftop bar, though hours may vary, so check ahead.

the location was central and convenient.
the rooftop bar was a problem. it turned into a club with loud music till early morning. clubbers made lot of noise when leaving.
