Braemar House offers eight bedrooms in the historic B&B wing, including double and twin rooms with verandah access or garden views. The private wing contains eight additional rooms, each with its own bathroom. Families and groups can choose from large cabins accommodating up to six guests or smaller cabins for four, alongside separate female and male hostel dorm rooms.

The B&B wing includes shared bathroom facilities with one bath, two showers, and two toilets. Guests may access the deluxe lounge and benefit from communal areas such as the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The separate hostel area provides communal bathrooms with additional showers and toilets, alongside a hostel lounge equipped for relaxation.
