a genuinely lovely experience
polite staffgluten-free optionsclean bathroom
The staff was polite and helpful, i saw them assist with travel plans. the breakfast buffet included gluten-free options. the bathroom felt new and very clean. We loved the rainfall shower. but the water pressure was amazing!

the breakfast buffet impressed me (i am a big fan!). it offered a wide variety of foods to eat. the staff were very kind and helpful during breakfast. the hotel is in a very good location, lots of shops are nearby.
the lift looked okay but not perfect initially (a minor aesthetic detail).

the room was a classic single room it was very comfy and tidy i appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere they even provided bowls and a blanket for my furry friend the breakfast had a nice variety and the staff were friendly
the computerised key box was difficult to use i had to enter my details multiple times there was no back function which was frustrating also the wifi code was not readily available in the room i had to find it at the reception
