mixed feelings about the stay

poor soundproofing early truck noise
the location was very central , which was convenient for exploring.
i found the noise level to be a problem. i could clearly hear other people using their bathrooms nearby , and early morning delivery trucks created additional disturbances. the rooms also seemed to lack proper soundproofing .

Mediocre Stay with Several Issues

housekeeping issues tacky signs
The location was central and it allowed easy access to nearby restaurants.
I am not happy. My room lacked a fridge, and I needed to store medication. I had to use ice buckets. The housekeeping was also bad. They forgot coffee stirrers and did not make the bed. There were a lot of tacky laminated signs everywhere, which I found annoying.

Wonderful Central Stay

great location easy parking clean room
I loved the great location and it was easy for walking around town. Parking was easy and heated, I really liked that. My room was very nice and neat so I could relax easily.
The doors let in a lot of noise. I could hear everything in the hallway, and it was hard to sleep.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast offered basics, but were healthy. I noted they always restocked items, and that was helpful, especially during busy times.
Service
9/10
Staff members are very friendly. Hannah at the front desk was gracious, so I appreciated her helpfulness a lot. I was happy with their service.
Rooms
9/10
My room had a large size, great. The bathroom included a shower and tub combination. It was very clean, so the hotel is doing well.
Facilities
10/10
The parking lot was heated, very useful in cold weather. I could walk to many places nearby. It was in the heart of the town.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast

quiet room comfortable bed soft towels breakfast options
The check-in process was seamless. The room was indeed quiet, with a comfortable bed and really soft towels. I found the breakfast options satisfying (especially the egg white bites!). The staff helped with directions for the best hiking trails around.
The room lacked air conditioning, so it was a bit stuffy, but the provided fan helped somewhat.
Rooms
8/10
The Standard Queen Room featured two beds and soft towels. The room was quiet, which ensured a good night's sleep. The absence of air conditioning was noticeable, but a fan was available, which helped to mitigate the stuffiness in the room.
Service
9/10
The front desk staff were helpful and efficient during check-in. Staff provided helpful hiking trail information.
Location
9/10
The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to shops. It is walkable to the downtown area. I found the area to be centrally located and accessible to key attractions.
