The check-in was quick , and the location is convenient. The hotel's proximity to many places to eat allowed us to easily explore various dining options. Our room had separate spaces for the king and queen beds , offering some privacy when traveling. Free parking was a definite plus.
The outdated facilities are noticeable.

Our room was clean and well kept , offering comfort throughout our stay. The split room design with a king bed and a queen bed in separate areas ensures privacy. The beds were very comfortable, contributing to restful nights.

The room setup with a King and Queen bed offered more space and added privacy. The hotel provided free bus passes, and it was a perfect base for exploring the area. The staff was knowledgeable. The hotel provided parking .
I noticed the lighting in the room could be improved to provide more brightness.

the free bus pass proved quite useful it saved some money on transportation.
the room felt quite dated and dark it lacked a certain brightness that i appreciate especially during a holiday the slow service at the lobby restaurant called meatball was also disappointing the food was mediocre at best and not worth the price.

i found the underground parking very accessible. the free bus pass was a good surprise for visiting the gondola. the hotel's location near the town center made getting around easy (i enjoyed the proximity to shops).
The restaurant seemed too large with many rooms. It felt a bit impersonal. the lighting in my room felt dim, a little difficult to see well in the mornings. finding my way around inside was tricky. The layout was like a maze.
