Mixed Experience, Inconsistent Service Concerns
damaged wall uncomfortable cold
The air conditioning worked perfectly. I appreciated it.
The room's wall had damage and dirt. It looked really bad. The heating didn't work. Staff was informed multiple times, but nothing happened. My room stayed uncomfortably cold.

Really good Stay, Modern Design and Great Breakfast
perfect air conditioning unique view ample space nice note
I found the hotel very nice. It has a well-designed layout. Rooms have loads of space plus cupboard space. I booked a panoramic room and the view was quite unique. The air conditioning works perfectly and provided a comfortable environment. A welcome drink and note from the manager was a nice touch.
The lunch experience was poor. It took 1.5 hours to get our order. The restaurant was almost empty at lunchtime.

The room was spacious and very well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. There was a great selection of high class toiletries available for use.
