The air conditioning worked perfectly. I appreciated it.
The room's wall had damage and dirt. It looked really bad. The heating didn't work. Staff was informed multiple times, but nothing happened. My room stayed uncomfortably cold.

Really good Stay, Modern Design and Great Breakfast

I found the hotel very nice. It has a well-designed layout. Rooms have loads of space plus cupboard space. I booked a panoramic room and the view was quite unique. The air conditioning works perfectly and provided a comfortable environment. A welcome drink and note from the manager was a nice touch.
The lunch experience was poor. It took 1.5 hours to get our order. The restaurant was almost empty at lunchtime.
