the hotel is near the sea, approximately 15 meters away. i noticed a convenient car park behind the building. the breakfast was decent with kind waiters.
i experienced some noise late in the evening from people on the terrace below. the noise was disturbing because it was right outside the hotel. it might be best to avoid rooms on the first floor.

The room had a beautiful sea view. I had a great view of Split and the islands from my room. The breakfast provided fresh and delicious options daily. Parking was straightforward, located conveniently behind the building. This made arrivals easy.
The first-floor rooms experienced some noise late into the evening. This came from the terrace below, which affected sleep quality.

The staff was friendly, providing excellent assistance. The hotel's location directly on the water was beautiful and peaceful (a true highlight). The breakfast was also great, especially the omelettes prepared fresh each morning.
The room was not very large, but it was manageable for a short stay.

The staff was helpful. They arranged an airport shuttle (very convenient!). the room had coffee, tea, and water. i also used the beach towels provided for a swim in the sea. the breakfast had a good selection.
