Excellent Stay in a Great Location

I found the location very convenient between the main areas. The staff offered helpful recommendations for local pintxos. The bed was very comfortable and the decor was nice. The shower was also a great feature and I enjoyed it.
My room faced an inner shaft of the building. It was covered at the top. The window did not allow fresh air to come in. An unpleasant smell came in when i opened the window.

the staff was very helpful offering tips. i found the bed to be very comfortable. i also appreciated the nice decor throughout the premises and the quality of the shower. the hotel's location between the two main areas was convenient.

The reception staff provided very helpful and friendly service. I found the room very clean and quite comfortable. There was a coffee machine and snacks available in the lobby area which felt cozy. It helped when planning the day and evening.
My room was located on the interior with a small frosted glass window. This meant there was no external view. The room felt dark and cramped as a result.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff free snack convenient location kind gesture
i appreciated the helpful reception staff, they gave great suggestions about local attractions. the hotel also provided free coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby. i was grateful for the convenience of the location, close to the bus station. i also left my sunglasses behind and they sent them to me.
my room faced an inner shaft and had an unpleasant smell when i opened the window, so i couldn't get fresh air.
