friendly staff fine pool clean pool rare gem
I enjoyed the friendly staffs look after. I had a fine pool and a view of the lake. The pool was very fine and clean. The whole place was a rare gem.
The hotel did not match its five star credential, despite its appearance.

The hotel had a fine pool. Views extended over the lake giving much pleasure to all eyes. The grounds were well kept providing areas for quite contemplation with much wildlife.

The bar was lovely and i liked the food in restaurant. Breakfast was very good and complete. Service was excellent offering fresh local produce and many various items.

The hotel has good access to the station. Reaching the airport and center of Biarritz was easy. The hotel is on lake shore where you can see very nice birds and lots of green.

rooms size large bed pretty view no hot water high prices small portions
i liked my rooms size. it was a prestige double room lake view. the bed was large and comfortable. also, the view from the room was very pretty.
i didnt like that there was no hot water one morning. i was told sorry at reception. also the food prices were high and the portions were to small.
