The hotel was clean. That met my expectations.
I found the staff levels to be low. Often there was no one available to assist with luggage. simple things like getting a taxi were almost impossible. this affected my overall stay negatively.

My stay included a room cleaned twice daily, convenient. The mattress felt very comfortable. I noticed the staff was courteous . Breakfast had a wonderful selection of foods.
The receptionist gave a wrong room key. Another customer was already inside.

The hotel is near President Palace. The hotel lies in the middle of the king's walk. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, including the old town, a very short distance away.

A cosy spa exists within the building. The spa area includes a pool, sauna, and a steam bath. A recreated restaurant space is in the hotel. The bar seems very nice.

The reception felt cute. One staff member, Peter, assisted with check-in and seemed supportive. Staff brought extra water and fruits to the room.
