The room had fresh flowers on the desk. It included a spacious lounge area and a dining area that opens to a courtyard. The staff addressed requests quickly with care. I had a good-sized room with a balcony, providing ample storage.
The hotel breakfast was good. Though, I would've preferred more options.

Really good Stay, Sleek Design and Magical Ambiance
helpful staff modern rooms inviting atmosphere
I found the service quite excellent. Dave and Francisca at the front desk were very helpful. Abner in the restaurant was also very kind, fulfilling every request with attention. The hotel's design combines sleek and modern rooms. it has original charm. The overall atmosphere featured throughout the hotel is very inviting.
The refrigerator in my room made quite a bit of noise during the night , requiring me to call the front desk. A staff member came to unplug the appliance , resolving the issue quickly.

the room service and cleaning were acceptable. the garden was nice.
The bathroom design wasn't great. Accessing it required navigating steps, a minor inconvenience. It really affected our peace.
