fitness room many options super clean grounds locked gate long walk ten minute
the fitness room had many options. the entire hotel and grounds were super clean. the staff was very friendly
the gate to the beach area was locked from the boardwalk area. this caused a long walk around the building. it took about ten minutes

I found the hotel well-kept and clean. The pool area was enjoyable and offered a relaxing space. I appreciated the prompt service and the overall atmosphere. The staff was kind!

The fitness room includes several cardio machines. There are also weights available . The hotel maintains a clean and inviting pool area with sufficient lounge chairs, and the pool bar is very nice!

The staff provided quick check-in and check-out services. The concierge arranged boat rides for snorkeling. The staff was constantly keeping up with the bathrooms and grounds and were very helpful!

sticky spots slow response
the hotel's location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby shops.
i found that the room was not properly cleaned. i noticed sticky spots on the bedside table. the staff were slow in responding to requests, quite frustrating.

private beach clean room room service parking problem empty space overpriced buffet
the hotel has a great private beach and a pool. the rooms are clean so it was nice. the hotel has an app that you use for room service and it worked fine.
there isnt any parking on the hotel which was a problem. i think the retail space across the street is empty and boarded up. the breakfast buffet was not good and overpriced i think.
