i found the rooms to be dramatically overstated in size. the room was not the size advertised online.. it felt unethical. additionally, hidden service charges were added to the bill at checkout. i wasn't told about these fees at check-in or when signing for meals.

The hotel has an eclectic vibe. every detail feels unique and thoughtfully designed. the interior decor is gorgeous, showcasing a perfect mix of modern touches and creative style. the staff were super friendly. They were always ready to help. amenities felt high-end and well kept.
The room was nice but the service was a little disappointing. i called and requested an early check in. Upon arrival, i was told my room would be ready in an hour. upon my return, someone else told me it would be at least two more hours. i ended up not checking in until after 4 pm.

the hotel decor was fine. i loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel (i even took some photos for inspiration!).
the optional accommodation service charge was not clearly explained at check-out. i wish this fee was communicated more transparently.
