The spa stood out. It was a highlight of the stay.
The breakfast was a disaster. It failed to meet expectations.. also, there was no turndown service, a detail i'd expect at this price point. the gym equipment felt old and outdated, a disappointment for a hotel of this caliber. the indian restaurant remained closed for two days straight, which limited dining options significantly

The connecting room had a really nice lake view i was charmed by. The spa included choices of steam rooms and saunas. The outdoor pool was very clean with few people. Swimming underwater and taking videos through the bull's eye was quite fun.

The hotel staff anticipated guests' needs, providing everything necessary promptly i loved that. Bennit's welcome was really good, ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival. The staff demonstrated attentiveness, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction throughout our stay.

Breakfast service impressed me. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering many high-quality choices. Dining experiences matched the hotel's elevated standards, i especially appreciated the wonderful variety and the fresh ingredients used in every dish.

The spa was special, i felt so relaxed. i loved the variety of steam rooms and saunas available. the outdoor pool offered an amazing experience. It was clean with few people.
The reception staff wasn't very informative upon arrival. I had to figure out everything on my own. the room felt quite dusty, a detail i did not expect from such a place. it detracted from the overall experience.
