fine room, fine hotel

i had a newly renovated room. it provided a great view over the lake. there was also a narrow, walk out balcony. complimentary snacks were provided like fruit. drinks were also available in the minibar.
the service felt reactive. the staff seemed too young to manage guest expectations properly. i felt the price was too high for what was offered.

My room was a Beautiful Room Lake View. The lake view was wonderful and accessible from a narrow balcony! I also appreciated that complimentary drinks were in the minibar.
The staff seemed a little inexperienced for a hotel of this caliber, though they were friendly.

The location was top tier. RIGHT on the lake. i could walk to most places easily.
The 'beautiful room lake view' wasn't so beautiful. ESPECIALLY considering the price. the bathroom tiles looked OLD, and there were some stains on the carpet i couldn't ignore.
