mixed feelings about the stay
bus stop convenient bus stop broken air conditioning room temperature
the location was good it was right next to the bus stop.
the air conditioning did not work in my room i was not comfortable at all. i think i should have been notified about this beforehand.

EXCELLENT Stay!
convenient location fine view helpful staff
I appreciated the convenient location. It allowed quick access to the city center via a bus that stops right outside the hotel. The lake view from my room was Fine!!! The staff were attentive and helpful. I was also given a heater promptly upon request.
The restaurant water policy felt odd. I had to pay for bottled water, even though tap water was safe.

Breakfast included various options such as pancakes, yogurt, fruits, and assorted breads, along with scrambled eggs and a selection of teas, juices, and coffees, and the staff were really good.

My room featured a balcony with a view of the lake, it was nice, big and comfortable, furthermore the design was elegant, ensuring a relaxing and visually pleasing atmosphere for relaxation .

The hotel provides access to the lake shore. its own private shore and lake activities. The hotel is not located in the city center, though this offers a more serene experience, which i welcomed.

The lake view from my lake view beautiful room was beautiful. I especially liked having a balcony. the free city transport was very helpful!
i was surprised to see the beach club wasn't open every day. paying 10 euros for filtered tap water at the restaurant seemed unnecessary, since tap water is safe to drink.
