adequate stay near the bazaar
warm jacuzzi sauna temperature great facilities strong smell small room unexpected steps
the spa was empty when i visited on a friday evening. the jacuzzi temperature was very warm. the sauna was also very hot. our room offered great facilities. it included a balcony and a bathtub. the room overlooked the city.
the location is above the old bazaar. the room was okay but small. the hotel used a very strong smelling laundry soap. this affected the sheets. the dining room was hard to reach, i found many steps and slopes.

hot jacuzzi great facilities accommodating staff cold food faulty drainage
the spa was completely empty when I used it at 6pm on a friday the jacuzzi was very hot as was the sauna. i feel the opening hours of 1200 are quite generous. our room was amazing it included great facilities a balcony a bathtub central in the room and lots of space overlooking the city. staff were very accommodating and cute upon our arrival and throughout my stay
calling this a five star hotel is misleading and it's also not a resort. i was also disappointed with the breakfast eggs and soup were served cold. furthermore my shower floor was constantly flooded as the floor drainage angle was built in the wrong direction

i received a room upgrade due to a minor issue. the upgraded room featured an comfortable bed. the shower was excellent with good water pressure. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, specifically some damage to the cupboard

fantastic stay!
room upgrade amazing service
the staff upgraded my room because of hot water issues. i received amazing service from luna, the head waitress, in the restaurant. she. i would stay again because of this service.
i noticed some wear and tear, indicating the building could use some maintenance. the spa looked great but somewhat small. these issues did not detract significantly from my overall stay, however.

the hotel is near the bazaar. mustafa mosque is also next door. the location is very close to the fortress, which makes exploration easy.
