smooth check-indining areabottled water
the reception staff provided a smooth check-in process. i could enjoy hot chocolate and tea in the dining area despite my late arrival. bottled water was available to take to my room.

I found a personalized welcome note in my room (what a nice touch!). The reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Free cakes and biscuits were available in the dining room. I also appreciated the free machine coffee offered all day.
The street where the hotel is located is very busy and quite crowded (this can be a bit overwhelming).
