adequate stay, some minor issues
filtered water quiet room poor upkeep run-down pool
the hotel is in the heart of the city. everything was within walking distance from the hotel. the room was quiet since it faced the patio, so sleeping was easy. there was filtered water on the nightstand, and this was a nice touch.
the pool area looked poorly maintained and a little run down. i saw the pool lacked chairs and more sun loungers. the area could benefit from better upkeep.

poor insulation shower mold
The staff was friendly and provided helpful tips for local sightseeing.
The noise insulation was terrible. I heard every door slam and conversation (this made sleeping difficult). The shower had mold. A definite maintenance issue that needs immediate attention. I think the room also looked much larger in the photos than it actually was, quite misleading and frustrating.

excellent central stay
friendly staff central location
the staff was friendly and helpful . i found the room spacious and well-equipped with a steamer for clothes. the location was easy to find and very central to everything.
i noticed some unhygienic things floating in the pool . the pool deck had items scattered across it and some areas were separated with tape. sound isolation in the room was not sufficient, as i could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

friendly staff tea facilities poor soundproofing unhygienic pool
the staff was very friendly and helpful i appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the communal lounge. the location was excellent it was easy to reach all the important monuments.
the room lacked soundproofing i could hear people walking outside at night. the pool deck was in poor condition and i observed unhygienic things floating in the water.

helpful staff great location clean hotel
The reception staff was very helpful and kind. The location was great. I could easily walk to many places. I found the hotel to be clean, and it seemed well kept .
The room had very poor sound isolation. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep.
