charming stay in a central location
great location beautifully decorated room friendly staff
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the location was great, placing me right in the heart of everything. my room was beautifully decorated and provided a cute atmosphere, and i was charmed by the complimentary bottle of cava upon arrival. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any needs i had.
the noise from the street at night was pretty disruptive, impacting my sleep quality. i also found the mattress to be uncomfortably hard. i really struggled to get proper rest because of these issues, and it affected my experience.

The lobby offered a comfortable space. Its design blended modern aesthetics with classic charm! the rooftop, though okay, provided a decent spot to relax and take in the views. the coffee shop was really nice too.

The room had a good size. The shower pressure was very good. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was available.
The air conditioning did not function. Staff initially said it was working well. A baby cot was not available despite a request.

mixed feelings about this stay
paper walls hard mattress
the noise levels were a real problem. i could hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. the sound of showers and general noise came through the walls, it was the worst night ever. i also found the mattress uncomfortably hard, it made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

The location was central. Everything was within easy reach. The rooftop terrace offered very nice views. The bedroom was very comfortable. I loved having the balcony.
My room had only one small window in the lobby for natural light. That was unfortunate. The service tidying the room left my little window open. The cafeteria for breakfast was a public cafe. It felt a little cramped.

The historical building charmed me. The room décor was beautiful. I found a complimentary bottle of Cava upon arrival. It was a tender touch!
My room had only one small window for natural light, and it faced the lobby. I found only a sheet plus a very thin counterpane. I could not get warm enough. One afternoon, music played right above my room, when I needed a nap.

Excellent City Center Stay
central location efficient staff furnished balcony
The location is central, it allowed easy access to many points of interest. The staff was friendly and efficient, they provided quick assistance when needed (especially with luggage). My room included a kettle to make tea, a tv, and a well-furnished balcony facing the street.
The window in my room faced the lobby, and there was limited natural light.

This location is near many shops and bars. The hotel's location is an easy walk from the train and bus station. The central position made exploring the area effortless (it was a great advantage).

central location and lovely staff
friendly receptionist seamless checkin
I arrived early and the receptionist took my bags until check in. on check in i was offered a glass of bubbly, a nice gesture! check in was seamless and the hotel layout was explained well. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
