The room had tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the good-sized fridge. It was empty for personal use. The buffet breakfast and evening meal were amazing!!! There was a great range of healthy choices. The evening entertainment was a nice option. It was very relaxing.
Our room on the first floor did not have much of a view. The cabaret lounge service was really slow. I waited 30 minutes to order a drink. The pool man started moving towels. Then he stopped being consistent. He let people save towels anyway.

The check-in was very efficient and the staff were professional. i appreciated the well-lit and spacious underground car park. the room was wonderful and met all my needs. the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, and the food choices were excellent, including options for everyone.
The cabaret lounge had slow service. I waited a long time to order a drink. my husband was then refused service at the bar and told to wait, even though it took a while. this made me spend my money outside the hotel.

The breakfast facility was good and quiet despite being busy. The hotel offered a selection of choices for everyone including fussy eaters. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help guests.
Our room was cleaned last every day around 3 PM. This was an issue when we wanted a siesta. The reception abruptly refused an earlier clean time when requested. She lectured about rooms needing to be ready for incoming guests first.
