mixed feelings
nice staffbroken air conditioning
the staff was nice and seemed happy to help which i guess is something.
the room i was in got uncomfortably hot since the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. they offered a fan the second night but that was just a temporary fix. i would have expected more attention to this basic amenity.

The location was excellent. it was a short walk to major attractions. i found the staff helpful and efficient. i could leave my luggage after checkout. This allowed me more time to explore. the room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced!
the room decor was a little dated.

The location was GREAT, near the river and local pizza places. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The 24-hour café is an excellent addition. I found it very convenient to grab a snack or coffee at any time.
The shower was VERY small. there was no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. I think shelves would improve the space.

The location was GREAT! I could easily walk to all the main attractions. The hotel has a cafe that is open 24 hours. That was super convenient.
The shower was very small. It was difficult to move around. The parking situation was not ideal! It wasn't on-site, and it cost extra.
