The hotel staff were friendly. They gave recommendations for places to go.
My room was quite small. The bathroom felt even smaller. I also found the walls thin. Noise traveled easily from adjacent rooms.

The position is excellent. The staff IS valid and nice. They were helpful too.
The hotel is RUN down. The communal areas are very poor. Stairs are in need of refurbishment. Radiators in the room WERE rusty and leaking.

I found the staff helpful and friendly, I was kinda surprised. The location was excellent. I walked to many attractions (the city hall is excellent!). The breakfast offered a good variety, I especially liked the fresh fruit. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, I could easily find what I needed.
