i found the staff very attentive. sara from the animation team was a star and engaged everyone. the hotel location is excellent with a fine beach (only a 5 minute walk away).
the food quality wasn't worth a 4-star rating. most food tasted like it was pre-made and then heated. the only fresh fruit was melon and grapefruit. (i really wanted some berries!).
