a relaxing getaway
friendly staffgreat varietypeaceful atmosphere
i found the staff to be friendly throughout my stay. the food was lovely, offering great variety (i especially liked the themed nights). the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, which i really wanted. the adult pool provided a serene environment with no children allowed. the access to the beach was convenient and the beach itself was wonderful for a morning walk.
the mattress could have been more comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and kind. They resolved any issues promptly. the reception staff provided quick assistance, and the cleaning service kept the rooms very tidy. i found every question was answered quickly with a smile.

my double room garden view was clean with a balcony. air conditioning worked perfectly. the daily room cleaning and fresh towels (if i wanted) were much appreciated.

the hotel offered close proximity to the beach (it was very easy to get there). there was a supermarket nearby, which i found very useful for picking up snacks. a bus stop outside the hotel provided easy access to explore other areas of the island.
