the hotel's location by the river was fantastic.. i enjoyed the pleasant walkway nearby and the many restaurants within easy reach. my room was quiet and mostly clean and the bed was very comfy with nice pillows. the internet worked very well throughout the room, even on the balcony. staff were willing to help and overall very friendly.

The hotel provides an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The food was wonderful. breakfast had many options catering to every taste, including serbian specialities, a good cultural touch. the omelets were freshly made and among the best i have tasted in recent years.

the staff members i encountered at both the restaurant and reception were notably kind and helpful. they were accommodating to my needs and ensured i felt welcome throughout my stay. their polite and considerate approach.

the hotel's location on the waterfront is very convenient, providing easy access to various attractions. it is within walking distance of the christmas market, about ten minutes away. getting to the hotel by car is straightforward.

The river view from my beautiful double room river view was fine, i saw many boats pass. breakfast was amazing!!! the food was delicious and varied. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet near the bed. It was very minor though.
