The location was near the train station. It was useful for travel via metro. Breakfast had a good selection. The room was quiet and big enough.
I find that the rooms were a little small. There was no free water available. I also observed ants in the bathroom and bedroom.

i found the location very convenient for accessing public transportation. the proximity to the train station made day trips simple. the front desk staff helped me locate several restaurants. i greatly appreciated their assistance with directions.
the room did have some street noise at night.

My double room was well appointed and very clean. the bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. the air conditioning worked very well. It maintained a constant comfortable temperature.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful at all times. alessandro and anddy provided useful tips for seeing the city. the staff called a taxi for me, a very convenient service.

The staff was very helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport early in the morning. the room included air conditioning. It worked well. there was also daily cleaning.
the safe in the room required a key from reception! that was a little inconvenient.
