spacious areas mexican architecture warm water poor service missing towels mosquito problem
the hotel has spacious areas. the mexican architecture is special, and i think it is something unique. the swimming pool is also great! i enjoyed the warm water early in the morning.
i found that the service was not good. they cleaned the room but did not leave bath towels. i called twice, yet the towels never came. there were mosquitoes in the room during the night.

the hotel provided a charming room. the beautiful room included two separate sinks. a rainfall shower was also available. the room decoration creates a beautiful, romantic environment.
a long walk was needed to arrive at the rooms. the hallways were a bit cold. this detail slightly affected the overall experience.

superb lodging experience
spacious rooms recent remodels excellent gym friendly staff
the hotel provided everything needed for a nice stay. the rooms are very spacious, with recent remodels and ensuring comfort. i particularly enjoyed the gym and pool area, both maintained to a high standard. plus, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
i did find the corridors leading to the rooms to be rather cold, a minor inconvenience.

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! there were numerous options for dining and drinks within the hotel, so i was spoiled for choice. the service in the restaurants was attentive.
