The front desk service was quite slow. I had to wait an unusually long time to check in (about 40 minutes), and the staff seemed overwhelmed. This delay wasn't a great start to my visit. The lack of immediate attention affected my initial impression. I also found that some common areas needed more frequent cleaning. The hallways occasionally had discarded items, it was a minor issue, but noticeable.
