The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were always courteous and ready to help with directions. I appreciated the availability of complimentary food and drinks at any hour.
My room was quite small. It felt a little cramped for two people. The air conditioning made A LOT of noise, it disturbed my sleep. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated A LOT, it made showering difficult.

I stayed for five days and felt safe. the hotel was impeccably clean. I did notice that the check-in staff were very professional, and everyone i met was kind, especially the bellhops! i appreciated the 24-hour café. It had great food, and they offered free beer there.
The noise did bother me a little. i could hear quite a lot through the door from the central atrium. i think the doors need better soundproofing. There were gaps under them.

The hotel offered an amazing 24/7 café. this includes sandwiches, salads, and pastries! i also noticed there were unlimited food and drink options available. This especially applied if you were staying in a suite.

The staff were very attentive. I was like they were very good! they were always there when needed. This. Especially for such a central location.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is a few minutes away from sites like the palacio de bellas artes and zócalo. there are also many museums within walking distance.

The included 24-hour cafe provided coffee and snacks. The staff offered excellent service. There was plenty of space in the room. High ceilings gave it an airy feel.
