convenient location street art various eateries
The hotel's location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The Kimberly night market and various eateries are within a short walk. Street art murals and steel road sculptures line the streets adding to the area's charm.
The air conditioning made a bit of noise and was not easily adjustable.

charming heritage experience
helpful staff homemade dessert rooftop terrace
I found the staff helpful. They provided maps and highlighted key attractions. each evening, i discovered a complimentary homemade dessert, a sweet surprise. the beautiful rooftop terrace offered a peaceful retreat for relaxation. the iced tea and water were available, a most welcome addition.
The air conditioning unit was noisy. It proved difficult to adjust to a comfortable level. the noisy air con required an update.

a charming heritage stay
helpful advice ice tea dessert walking distance
the staff offered helpful advice about local sights i took advantage of it every day. my room included complimentary fresh ice tea and good desserts it was a very nice touch. the location was superb for exploring everything was within easy walking distance. the italian restaurant on site was really good i dined there twice
the air conditioning unit made a bit of noise it could possibly use an update

The location was acceptable. It made exploring the area relatively easy.
The breakfast was disappointing. The menu lacked variety. the staff seemed disinterested, and i didn't enjoy that atmosphere. the overall experience felt subpar for the price paid.

the room, a duplex suite, featured thoughtful amenities. i noticed iced tea and milk were provided in the fridge. the bed was very large and quite comfortable. sweet treats arrived daily (i always looked forward to them).
i found breakfast options somewhat limited.

The staff was attentive! They provided fantastic local food recommendations. The complimentary afternoon desserts and fresh iced tea in the fridge were a lovely touch. I really enjoyed exploring the beautiful heritage aesthetic of the hotel. I felt cared for .
