excellent stay!
rooftop pool view wide choice really good service
I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It had a lovely view. the breakfast buffet provided a wide choice. the hotel service was really good, and ivan, very kind of him!
the room cleaning sometimes happened late in the day.

The rooftop pool featured beautiful views. The gym offered a ton of space. Thank you for the birthday cake gift. It was a VERY nice surprise!!! I did not even mention that it was my birthday.
I booked and paid for a room with a double bed. on arrival, I was told that it was only if available. I was instead provided with a single bed option. The staff member basically said bad luck.

easy access comfortable bed modern bathroom
The Telok Ayer MRT station is located right outside the hotel. This made it easy to travel around. I liked the short walk to the Lau Pa Sat hawker center for dinner. The room had modern updates and a great bathroom. The bed had comfy pillows too.
The air conditioning was quite noisy.

Really good service and prime location
really good service metro station early check-in great location
after years in hospitality, i rarely get impressed, but this hotel succeeded. the staff showed really good customer service throughout my stay. the location was excellent as a metro station stood across the street. i also got access to my room before normal check-in after a long flight.
the lobby was dimly lit upon entry from the bright daylight. it required a moment for my eyes to adjust before i could navigate the space. it's a minor point, but worth mentioning.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym on site with various machines. a rooftop pool is available to guests providing a relaxing escape. nespresso machines are available in rooms, great for convenient coffee preparation.

the beautiful room included fresh drinking water available daily. complimentary soda was also provided in the room. a japanese-style toilet and rainfall shower were available in the bathroom.

i received a warm welcome with an attentive tea ceremony upon arrival. the staff readily assisted with directions and recommendations. concierge services handled luggage efficiently and with care.

the hotel is near chinatown, lau pa sat, and the marina. many main attractions are easily accessible by foot from here. the telok ayer mrt station is accessible via an elevator.

convenient location comfortable room fantastic staff bad experience long wait no apologies
the hotel has a super location next to chinatown, the clocktower hawkers market is there too. two mrt stations is close and so many shops is convenient. the room was super clean and cozy for me. ivan was fantastic and did what he could to.
i booked three rooms and they said they could arrange two on the same floor. i arrived at 10 a.m., they told me the rooms would be ready at 3 p.m. they didn't apologized.

central location helpful staff early bag drop
The location was very central to many attractions. a train station was located directly below. the staff was helpful. I could leave my bags with reception when i arrived early and again on the day i left.
i had to book the pool. the pool was fully booked at the times i wanted, but when i went to check it out, only 2 people were there.

adequate but underwhelming experience
inadequate room noisy air conditioning
the room size proved inadequate i found it difficult to manage luggage effectively the open wardrobe lacked sufficient space for clothing storage. the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy even on its lowest setting this disturbed my rest. i also observed stains on the carpet throughout the room these detracted from the overall cleanliness i expected.
